Refund policy
ALZIA DRESSES gladly accepts returns within 21 days from the ship date for STORE CREDIT only under following conditions:
RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. IF THE RETUNED ITEMS DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA, THEY WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE ! REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER . RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A $9.99 HANDLING FEE TO COVER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to alziadresses@gmaiil.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), clearance sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
