RETURN POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Alzia purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the shipping date under the following conditions.
✅ What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- The original invoice or order number must be included
If items do not meet these return criteria, we may have to send them back to you.
💳 Refund Method
We issue store credit only for all approved returns. There are no exceptions, so please double-check your items and sizing before completing your order.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a $4.99 processing fee (to cover return shipping and handling).

🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom orders
- Accessories
- Fabric swatches
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We're so sorry! If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem

🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your original item for store credit and place a new order for the one you want.
