RETURNS!

ALZIA DRESSES gladly accepts returns within 21 days from the ship date for STORE CREDIT only under following conditions:

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. IF THE RETUNED ITEMS DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA, THEY WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.  SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE ! TO PROCESS A RETURN SIMPLY EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALZIADRESSES@GMAIL.COM 

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER . RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A $9.99 HANDLING FEE TO COVER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to alziadresses@gmaiil.comwith your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.

UNFORTUNATELY, ALZIA DRESSES DOES NOT CURRENTLY OFFER EXCHANGES ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE AND/OR COLOR FOR AN ITEM ALREADY PURCHASED, SIMPLY REURN THE ITEM IIN YOUR POSSESSION  AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE DESIRED ITEM.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS ARE!

CLEARANCE SALE IS FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT ON PURCHASED FINAL SALE ITEMS.

FOR REPLACEMENT, IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED PIECE!

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO ALZIADRESSES@GMAIL.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILED PHOTOS OF THE DEFECT AND WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP.
