🔄 What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Shipping is non-refundable, and a $4.99 return fee applies.

❌ What items are final sale?

• Clearance/sale items

• Custom orders

• Accessories & fabric swatches
  These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

📧 How do I start a return?

Email us at alziadresses@gmail.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

🧵 Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

🛠 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Let us know within  10 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll make it right!
